Get the app
- Navigate to your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
- Search for Nudge
- Click to download the app!
Join
Once you've downloaded the app, open the app and follow the steps below to create your account:
- If on the Sign In screen, click Sign Up Here
- Fill out your email, first name, last name, and create a password (NOTE: we recommend using a unique password that is longer than 8 characters)
- If prompted, enter your company code
- Select the group(s) that apply to you i.e. the location you work at and your role
- Go to your email inbox and click on the Nudge verification email to verify your account
- Head back into the app and log in with your email address and password
Join from a referral
You may receive an email or SMS invitation from a coworker to join Nudge. From your mobile phone, follow the steps below to get started:
- Copy the company code from your invitation so you have it handy during registration
- Click the hyperlink in your invitation
- You'll be redirected to your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and prompted to download the Nudge app
- Open the app from your mobile phone and follow the instructions to sign-up
- Paste in the company code and follow the remaining steps to create your account
Log In
Follow these steps to log in:
- Open the app
- If you are on the Create an Account screen, click Log in Now
- Enter the email and password you registered with
- You're in!
NOTE: Some companies may require you to be clocked in to work to have access to the app.
Log Out
- Go to the More tab
- Select the Settings option
- Tap Log Out
What is my company code
- Your company may have a unique company code that allows you to join your team on Nudge. You can find this code from:
- Your manager
- A poster or other promotional materials.
- In your referral invitation if your coworker invited you to the app.
- After you enter your information and choose a password on the sign-up page, you'll be prompted to enter the company code. When you're ready, click Submit. Be sure to double-check that you're using the correct information and there are no spelling errors.
What if I don't see my role or location when signing up
- Check with your manager to ensure you should be joining the Nudge app at this time.
What if I don't know my employee ID
- If you are asked to input your employee ID during registration and you do not know it, check with your manager to find out what it is.
How do I get verified by my manager
- Before you can get full access to the app, you may need to have your account verified by your manager. In order for your manager to verify your account, make sure you have selected the correct work location during registration.
- If your manager doesn't see you on their team page, you may have selected the wrong location during registration.
- Open the app
- Choose Edit Profile
- Ensure the correct location is selected
- If your manager doesn't see you on their team page, you may have selected the wrong location during registration.
- Remind your manager to verify you if you are still waiting for your account to get verified
How do I update my information if I entered it wrong during registration
- In the app, choose Edit Profile and select the information that you need to update.
