What are Cheers?

Use Cheers to recognize your colleagues in the Nudge app. You’ll be able to award awesome, hard-working team members with Cheers Pins to acknowledge their effort at work.

How do I give someone a Cheers?

1. Navigate to the More tab
2. Select the Cheers option
3. Select the employee that you would like to recognize and the Pin you’d like to send to them
4. You have the option to include a personalized message along with the Pin, where you can let your peers know why they are awesome.

NOTE: You can also give your colleagues Cheers directly from their profile page.

Where can I see all of the Cheers I've received?

You can check out all of the Cheers you've received on the My Cheers page.

1. Navigate to the More tab
2. Select your profile or My Points overview.
3. On the My Cheers page, you can see all of the available Cheers and which ones you've received so far. You can also view the full details on when and who sent you a Cheers by clicking the My History tab.

NOTE: Private Cheers will not show on the user's public profile.
